Exchange Server 2010 SP3 Command Line
1. Disable the services monitoring your exchange server
2. Logoff all the user profile via the Task Manger, Users options
3. Close any EMC if opened.
4. Open Command Prompt and run the below command.
setup /m:upgrade /installwindowscomponents
5. The upgrade should run to completion with no intervention.
6. Set the services above to Automatic & reboot the server.
