Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot Open the Outlook Window. The Set of Folders Cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened

When setting up outlook for the first time seeing the below error

“Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot Open the Outlook Window. The Set of Folders Cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened. ”

And you have tried everything mentioned here

Then just do try the following.

Go back to profile settings and uncheck the following “Use Cached Exchange Mode”

And then restart the outlook again.

This will let you setup the outlook profile,

Once the profile is configured now you can go back and check the “Use cached exchange mode”.
